  • Nail patella

  • Obsessive compulsive behavior

  • Parkinson’s disease

  • PTSD

  • Rheumatoid arthritis

  • Seizures (including but not limited to those characteristic of epilepsy)

  • Severe and persistent muscle spasms

  • Severe nausea

  • Spinal cord injury

  • Tourette’s syndrome

  • Ulcerative colitis

What is a Medical Marijuana Certification Card?

A certification card is validated by a physician stating that a patient’s condition allows them to receive medical use of marijuana to treat or alleviate their condition and/or symptoms associated with it.

Are there any age restrictions?

You must be 18 years old to apply for a MMMP Card. Registered caregivers must be 21 or older. Patients under 18 must have the consent of their parent or guardian responsible for medical conditions; The parent or guardian must be the registered caregiver for the patient.
